Who we are

Opus Works is operated by 24/7 Platform Management Services Pty Ltd, based in Brisbane, Queensland. This policy covers this website and the enquiries you make to us. It does not cover the booking systems we build for our customers; each of those runs under that business’s own privacy policy.

What we collect

This website has no forms, no accounts and no analytics. It sets no cookies. The only personal information we hold is what you give us when you call or email: usually your name, your business name, your phone number, your email address and whatever you tell us about your business.

The calculator on the home page runs in your browser. The numbers you type into it are not sent to us.

What we do with it

We use your details to reply to you, to prepare a quote, and to do the work you engage us for. We do not sell your information, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers we need to run the business: our email provider, our accounting software, and our phone carrier. Those providers may store data outside Australia.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not go anywhere are deleted within twelve months. Records for work we have done are kept for seven years, because Australian tax law requires it.

Seeing, correcting or removing it

Email hello@opusworks.com.au and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, within thirty days. There is no charge.

If you are not happy

Tell us first and we will try to fix it. If we cannot, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date at the top.
